Return Policy for Merchandise

Thank you for your purchase of The Dream Team Ducks merchandise. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if the item you received has been misprinted, damaged during transit, or is defective, you may return it to us for a full refund only.

RETURNS

​

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

​

To return an item, please fill out a merchandise return request form. After receiving an email confirming that your request has been accepted, place the item securely in its original packaging, and the return form provided (a printable PDF of your return form will be provided in the confirmation email), then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

​

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven

(7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

​

Please Note

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Claims deemed an error on the part of the Printful company are covered at their expense.

  • The return address is set by default to the Printful facility.

  • Printful's address should not be used as the legal address for our business or for legal correspondence.

  • If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, the return with not be processed and you as the customer would become liable for any returned shipments.

  • Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

  • We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse or size exchanges.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
