Our Story
The Dream Team Ducks - well, four ducks and a whale - love racing, traveling, and sharing their light-hearted wisdom with the world.
Though Quicky, Quacky, MC Killer, Little Red & Uni came together to form a racing team and league, their bond and commitment to helping others succeed has spread far beyond the backyard race course of the Impromptu Rubber Duck Regatta.

Now these ambassadors for joy share their messages of inspiration and hope wherever and whenever possible.
One Step, One Race,
One Day at a Time
Helen Keller said, “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” And as The Dream Team Ducks know, teamwork makes the dream work!
Life can be tough, but it's easier when you've got a "dream team."
Follow The Dream Team, believe in yourself, & don't give up!

Inspiration from Quicky, Quacky, MC Killer, Little Red, Uni and the rest of the Flock can be found on their socials as well as in articles and books by Felicia Brown. Felicia, who "discovered" The Dream Team Ducks and co-organizes the Impromptu Rubber Duck Regatta, is a Massage, Spa & Wellness Expert; Speaker & Author; and Business, Marketing & Life Coach.
Uni may not win most of the races, but he comes in first in mindset. No matter the setback or heartbreak, Uni knows how to look deep within himself to find the inspiration he needs to keep going.
Uni says, "Being unique becomes a gift when you decide it is. "
A lifelong sidekick to "the Yellow Brothers," Little Red is a favorite among race fans. Known for his speed on the course – and occasionally hot temper – Little Red also knows how to slow things down. He loves Ashtanga yoga and says it’s helped him get stronger in “mind, muscle, and mojo.”
MC Killer is known for being fast in the water in any condition and rightfully won the title of “Captain” of The Dream Team after the first race season. The son of an English father and Welsh mother, MC became friends with Uni who introduced him to the rest of the team.
The oldest member of The Dream Team Ducks hails from Florida where he raced professionally with his younger brother, Quicky. The two flew north several years ago to form The Dream Team and create the Impromptu Rubber Duck Regatta league and races.
He may be younger, but Quicky is as driven as his older brother. Besides pursuing their own athletic glory, the two coach and mentor a flock of other racers. Quicky’s main focus is spreading The Dream Team Ducks' inspiring messages of joy, kindness and love with the world.
